Can an article written by Artificial Intelligence rank on Google?

Before we start, I’d just like to say that this is a human writing.

Hello fellow human!

This article was NOT written by AI — why not?

Because I still think that real writing, original writing (news articles, narratives, stories, important works) should be written by humans.

However, as AI technology gets better and better everyday, the question on everyone’s minds is: can an article written by AI actually rank on Google?

The short answer to this question is: yes.

In fact, I have 4 articles currently ranking on Google, which were written (to varying degrees) by my robot friend over at Jarvis.ai (AFFILIATE LINK).

Jarvis is a great tool.

If you’re not aware, Jarvis is Conversion.ai (they changed their name around 7th of July)

And no, it’s not perfect

In fact, you have to often edit heavily.

But this tool does one thing incredibly well: It helps me write.

For years I have been writing content. Let’s look at how to actually write an SEO optimised article, and how Jarvis can help us with it.

The first part of writing an article is to sketch out format. What will you be writing about? What are your headings going to be? What are your keywords going to be? What will you write about in your introduction and what will you write in your conclusion? What will the arguments of the post be?

The second part of the article is to do the keyword research, and create the headings.

Finally, you have to actually write the article, do the research, add images and links etc.

So, how does Jarvis help with this kind of content writing?

Part number 1 of writing an SEO-optimised blogpost is completed by Jarvin in literally seconds.

Let’s say we’re writing an article about…. The new iPhone

We are an affiliate marketing website, and we talk about phones

Watch how quickly Jarvis creates an AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) format for the article

AIDA is an old marketing technique which is still considered to be amongst the best in the world.

All in all this process took me about 1 minute.

I found an article on a similar topic and copied and pasted the intro paragraph, wrote a title for the article, and pressed generate.

This process would have previously taken me 15 minutes AT LEAST.

This is the true (current) power of Jarvis, it allows us to flesh out articles insanely quickly.

Not only that, but it also helps with writing block. That pesky opponent of all content writers. If you’ve ever sat, blindly staring at your screen, then you know the problems of writer’s block.

Jarvis is absolutely INSANE for this. You can just press generate, and if you don’t like what Jarvis has created you can delete is and then press generate again.

The final thing I want to say is that Jarvis’ copywriting is better than mine. 100 times better than mine. This thing writes ads like the best of them, and can do so in 13 different languages.

The answer to the original question is: Yes, content written by AI can rank on google, as you can see from this example:

I would like to mention one thing before I go, while AI content can currently rank on Google, that doesn’t mean it always will. Do we really think that Google isn’t already working on an anti-AI AI? Of course they are, and probably in the future their algorithms will be able to detect AI content, so use it while you can to create a new website for under $100.
